Your Role
As the Intern, Real Estate Business Analyst you will
- Support the implementation of new immopac modules
- Support immopac cloud project and other strategic digital projects
- Coordinate training sessions for local RE teams
- Coordinate recurring immopac meetings
- Oversight and tracking of issue management tool
- Identify areas to increase efficiency and automation of processes
- Set up and maintain automated data processes
- Collect, analyze and import financial and property management data
- Monitor and audit data quality
- Work location is Zürich
Required Skills and Experience
As the Intern, Real Estate Business Analyst, your skills and qualifications will include:
- Master’s degree, studying towards one or towards a university degree: with a focus on investments, finance, banking or economics

- At the time of the internship, you need to be enrolled at university or a center of further education.
- Given the current travel restrictions you must be located in Switzerland or able to travel and base yourself in Switzerland for the duration of the internship
