Junior Master Data Analyst based in Neuchâtel

(Fixed 1 year)

Further responsibilities and duties are

  • Responsible for the analysis of the master data reliability across ERP and planning Systems.
  • Support New product Initiative and changeovers by ensuring Master data readiness across systems.
  • Responsible for continuous improvement of the processes supported.
  • Responsibility for driving high level of communication to Business partners.
  • Process and dashboard maintenance.
  • Support Supply Network planner to Ensure downstream propagation of constrained plans supply chain nodes.

Qualifications

Education

  • A minimum of Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • Effective written & Oral communication skills in English and French.
  • MRP/ERP system (e.g. SAP, JDE), functional knowledge.
  • Supply Chain Knowledge.
  • User of MS Office, Excel, Word, Power point, Alteryx, QuickBase.

Required

  • Conscientious, reliable in action follow up.
  • Pro-active personality and demonstrate leadership.
  • Very good Understanding of ERP requirements to setup products.
  • Super user of Excel.
  • Problem solving with attention to Detail, along with excellent organizational skills.
  • Collaboration and teaming: effective partnering skills with different Stakeholders.
  • Experienced in SQL or other Query language.
  • Experienced in a highly regulated environment Medical Devices / Pharmaceutical.
  • Ability to deal with high volumes of data’s and systems.
