The opportunity

To further strengthen our Digital HR community, we are looking for a consultant to join our HR systems team in the Zurich office. The HR systems team is one of our key growth areas and focusses on our clients’ HRIS agenda. We support our clients in shaping their strategic HRIS roadmap, in designing and implementing cloud-based HRIS solutions and in improving and optimizing their HRIS landscape.

• Deliver local and global HR Technology transformation programs

• Help clients solve complex business problems using analytical skills

• Design and implementation of digital solutions with a focus on ServiceNow and SAP SuccessFactors. We primarily focus on HR, but our scope is not limited to this function.

• Plan and facilitate meetings and workshops with internal and external stakeholders

• Identify and build new opportunities by establishing and leveraging client relationships

• Support business development initiatives and support in end-to-end sales activities

What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree

• 1 - 3 years professional experience

• Professional experience, ideally in HR, Consulting, IT or major transformation programs

• Experience in either Service Now, SAP SuccessFactors or SQL is a plus. Most important is that you are interested in developing one of these skills

• A strong team player mentality to proactively drive solutions within highly motivated and diverse teams across functions, countries and regions

• Be able to analyze complex problems in a structured and analytical way, to deliver innovative, practical and sustainable solutions

• Solid project management skills, strong presentation skills and a highly client-oriented attitude

• Fluent in English and German/Swiss German as a must
