The Program

The International Recruitment and Development Program (IRDP) is a two-year program that hires high-potential MBA and Master’s students from around the world and helps them develop into the leaders of tomorrow. The program is a career differentiator: IRDP participants gain the expertise and experience they need to take on leadership positions at Johnson & Johnson.

Qualifications

Who We’re Looking For

• Full-time position (IRDP) is available to participants who are either completing their full-time MBA or Master’s degree by April 2021 to July 2021.
• In depth knowledge of Project/Programme Management methodologies.
• Knowledge and understanding of Change Management methodologies.
• Broad and deep understanding of Janssen business and business processes.
• Strong supplier and external stakeholder management skills.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Structured approach to problem solving in complex and ambiguous situations.
• Ability to combine the strategic dimension with detail orientation knowing when to operate in either or both.
• Able to manage multiple projects within a complex and changing environment.
• Customer and market place focused with an awareness of the importance of business results.
• Awareness of and adherence to Johnson & Johnson Credo values.
• Healthcare, pharmaceutical or similar industry experience is highly preferred

2.2 EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years industry/business experience with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Project / Programme Management role delivering complex cross country and/or functional projects.
• Developed vendor management experience and skills.
• Demonstrable budget and resource management skills.
