IT Business Challenge (ITBC) also had to adapt and thus, this year, the event will be an online experience, designed to empower students to become competitive in their local, digital labor market. The event will be hosted by passionate IT leaders who will share their experience and knowledge with the participants.

Throughout the event, you will work to solve real life business problems, attend trainings and get a glimpse of how business, innovation and technology come together at P&G, to foster a competitive advantage amidst a global pandemic.
You will receive coaching from our highly skilled managers and will get the opportunity to grow your personal skills as well as your understanding of P&G and what it means to work in a dynamic work environment.
How Does It Work?
1) QUALIFICATION STAGE
Submit your application before February 7, 2021 and answer the pre-qualification questions.
2) ONLINE ASSESSMENT STAGE
Complete the online assessment by February 10, 2021.
3) COUNTRY STAGE
Participants will pass through the country selection process until February 24, 2021.
4) SEMI-FINAL & FINAL CHALLENGE March 22 2021.
Top students from all over Europe will be invited to a virtual 2-day event where they will go through the semi-final business case challenge, attend trainings and presentations from P&G IT leaders and network with P&G IT managers through 1-2-1 networking sessions.
The best of the best, our finalists, will receive an additional 3 days of business case challenges and professional coaching for the ultimate personal growth experience with P&G IT.

The IT Business Challenge 2021is open to all active students graduating in summer 2021 or later, from any university in Western, Central & Eastern Europe, TCCAR (Turkey Caucasus & Central Asia).
