Our Production Planning Team in Neuchâtel is looking for

SUPPLY CHAIN PLANNINg ANALYST - Young Graduate

Location: Neuchâtel

Contract: Fixed term contract (1 year)

Main tasks:

• Support Supply Network Planner in daily activities
• Supply commit Process
• Contact with warehouse on inbound discrepancies
• Reporting new supply availability to customers
• Orthokit monitoring - high level of communication with the different department (warehouse, plan, customer service…)
• Order Book Management
• Work closely with internal customers (QA, Supply Planning, PDM and Finance)
• High level of communication and collaboration with the different departments
• Actively participate in meetings.
• Update Supervisors on a regular basis.
• Effectively communicate with business partners and team members.

Qualifications

Crucial requirements for candidates:

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree is required
• Background in supply chain, logistics, business (economy, accounting, finance, marketing, management…), industrial or mechanical engineering…
• MRP/ERP system (e.g. SAP, JDE), functional knowledge
• Committed to expanding technical and business expertise
• Supply Chain interest and/or customer service oriented
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English and ideally French
• High standard of Data Analytics/ reporting skils
• Problem solving with attention to detail, along with excellent organisational skills
• Work proactivity and independency
• Team spirit
