Who we are looking for
• Personalities with passion for strategy, digital transformation and innovation
• Proactive team players with a can-do attitude and eagerness to learn
• Ability to understand complex problems in an analytical and structured manner, while developing creative and unconventional solutions
• Business fluency in German and English
• Bachelor’s degree or nearing completion of Master’s degree from a leading university or business school
• Advantageous: First experience in consulting, life science, financial services, digital transformation or founding your own startup
How you will create impact
• Strategic and conceptual project support, in which you join our team to solve the latest challenges of the top Swiss companies
• Participation in the conception, design and implementation of new ideas and solutions
• Support in the development of innovative, technology-driven business models
• Preparation of analyses for the top management as well as planning of and participating in client workshops
