Your role

Are you interested in the topics of digitalization, marketplaces and ecosystems and their impact on our banking business today and tomorrow? Do you want to get insights on the dynamics of digital platforms and marketplaces and shape the investor experience?

We are looking for someone like that to:

  • support the acquisition and on-boarding of new institutional investors (pension funds, investment foundations, insurers and banks) for our lending platforms (key4.ch and UBS Atrium)
  • management of our existing investor base including the handling of day-to-day requests
  • interact with the business units to serve our clients, as well as liaise with multiple stakeholders, assessing requests (e.g. marketing, front, sales, IT, legal, banking products, credit risk)
  • work on projects and assume responsibility of single project streams for the digital platforms and marketplaces business area enhancing our product offering for investors with an interest in debt investments
  • contribute to a setup dedicated to digital innovation and agile way of working

Your team

You’ll be working as part of the Digital Platforms & Marketplaces business area, based in Zürich. We are responsible for digital business transformation, particularly in the field of lending platforms (e.g. key4.ch or UBS Atrium).

Your expertise

You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.

In particular, you have:

  • an authentic interest for lending and debt investments
  • intellectual curiosity, resilience, commitment, self-motivation and the proven capacity to operate effectively also under tight deadlines and to interact with multiple stakeholders
  • strong interpersonal, organizational and communication/presentation skills, and capacity to handle management attention
  • fluent German and English language skills (French as a plus)
  • profound MS Office Skills

We would like to also see evidence that you are:

  • a self-starter, resourceful & dynamic
  • communicative, independent and proactive personality
