Vogue International is recruiting for a new Global Distributors Associate Brand Manager and a member of the Global Marketing Team within Vogue’s Global Growth Squad. This individual will be based in Zug, Switzerland, and report to the Senior Manager of Global Marketing based in Clearwater, FL - USA.

These brands represent a fast-growing innovative hair care business that is new to our portfolio of Companies and passionate about the marketing, development, and distribution of salon-influenced and nature-inspired hair care. With several strong brands among its portfolio, including OGX®, MAUI MOISTURE®, AVEENO®, NEUTROGENA®, the Vogue business is the cornerstone of Johnson & Johnson Consumer’s hair care operations. Vogue International products are sold in the U.S. and in 38 countries.

This newly crafted role is for a crucial member of the Vogue Global Growth Squad and responsible for both leading and supporting critical initiatives to successfully globalize the hair care franchise in existing and new distributor global markets. This is an exciting end to end position for those looking to develop leadership skills (with marketing and sales principles at its core), work with senior business leaders across the globe, and shape business strategy in a “startup approach environment”. This person will be pivotal to the global strategy and in delivering business results with our global distributor partners.

The responsibilities & the impact YOU will have:

• Act as the key liaison between our Distributor Center of Excellence (COE), Global Customer Development, and Global Marketing
• Nurture and foster our brand equity, assets, and associated guidelines globally within our distributor network
• Work closely with Vogue’s Global Growth Squad to develop and maintain a global distributor marketing framework and strategy
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure distributor markets are adequately supported with marketing tools and insights needed to deliver business objectives set in the distributor Joint Business Plans (JBP)
• Partner closely with our in-house creative agency and external vendors as needed to develop new growth tools for distributor market
• Lead a consolidated and ongoing view of the product portfolio and product innovation needs to fuel future growth in distributor markets

Qualifications

We would love to hear from YOU, if you have:

• A minimum of 3 years of progressive marketing experience in consumer-packaged goods
• International distributor experience is a plus
• University degree is required; an MBA preferred
• The ability to collaborate in a diverse cross-functional team environment is required
• Can balance multiple priorities and proactively partner with multiple remote stakeholders
• Problem solver, demonstrating an entrepreneurial approach in ambiguous environments
• Must possess proven leadership and delivery of consistently strong results
• Ability to collect and analyze incomplete data/information to help inform decision making
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Keen end-to-end business curiosity
• Position may require up to 10% domestic and global travel
