Your role
Are you solid as a rock when you’re juggling a lot of projects? Do you have strong analytical skills? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- Organize, manage and coordinate testing activities of different scrum teams within our agile Release Train
- Communicate with Business Stakeholders, Management and IT teams
- Elaborate improvement measures and track their implementation
- Manage the IT orderbook and belonging financials
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Corporate Actions & Income Processing IT team in Zurich. We are a dynamic and agile organized delivery unit developing and maintaining global IT applications for our Business Partners in Switzerland, EMEA and APAC. We are currently running one of the most important and strategic projects by transforming our mainframe infrastructure into a new modular IT platform.
Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- the ability stay on track, even when dealing with tight deadlines
- an open, flexible and extroverted personality
- excellent German and English (written and oral)
