Currently, for our pharmaceutical sector, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate for an Internship position as

Digital Customer Engagement Intern in the Business Unit Oncology & Hematology. This is a fascinating opportunity for skilled upbeat graduates who want to grow in the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leads local digital commercial projects and activities, such as developing and executing digital campaigns, newsletters, websites, on-demand materials and services, and digital materials to optimize congress presences.
  • Measures and analysis the impact of digital activities via defined critical metrics and analytics tools. Ensure that these analytics and insights will be utilized to further refine and build individualized customer materials/content.
  • Co-develop new commercialization strategies and share digital standard methodologies by working closely with other functions, divisions, and regions.
  • Accountable for local digital projects and services based on the omnichannel brand plan to position the Hematology and Oncology brands in the best way in the market.

Qualifications
Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or Life Sciences (BA/BSc, MAS, MBA)
  • Proficient in German and English
  • Previous experience in a complex organizational setting
  • Project management skills and loves to work together with people
  • Affinity with digital tools and omnichannel experience is a plus.
  • Understanding of the Healthcare environment and pharmaceutical industry
  • Proficiency in MS Office
