In this position you will support the Vendor Management Office within Diagnostics IT. You will gain understanding of the importance of Vendor Management and become an integral part of the team.
During the internship your tasks will include:
- Review Vendor Management processes and identify improvements (eg. automation, improving existing templates)
- Optimization of Vendor Management processes via automation
- Creation of training materials for organization
- Support Dia IT Vendor Management initiatives
- Support in Group IT initiatives/Scrums
- Breach Ticket analysis and follow up with Roche Vendor contacts
- General Communication
Contract management with internal and external partners including:
- Maintaining overview of Statements of Work (SoW)
- Ensure contractual compliance internally and externally (follow up on SoW, Purchase Orders and invoices as second point of control)
- Chairing weekly contract meeting with strategic supplier
- Follow up on Procurement queries to identify contract gaps
- Support Contract Changes on the Strategic Partner Contract
- Contract Change Notice (CCN) communications (Presentations, News archive, gSheets)
- Managing CCN flow through ServiceNow
Who you are
You are an enrolled student or recent graduate within the field of Economics, Computer Science, Law, Business Psychology and related fields. You are motivated to increase and share your theoretical and practical knowledge.
Moreover, you are/have
- Highly self-motivated and science driven
- Excellent planning and organization skills
- Proactive mentality
- Proficient in English

The preferred start date of the internship is April 2021 or upon availability for the duration of 6 - 12 months.
