Structural Engineer Interiors (m/w)

What you do:

• Performing stress analysis and release stress engineering reports in support of design changes and new projects in the field of aircraft interiors and seats
• Implementation of design changes regarding seats and other interior projects
• Managing engineering projects within time schedule and costs
• Liaise with suppliers and certification authorities
• Support marketing and business units with project investigations, feasibility studies and definition of product strategies

What you bring:

• University degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering
• 2-5 years experience within a Structural or Stress Engineering department
• Knowledge of EASA and FAA certification requirements and certification process would be beneficial
• Sound knowledge in classical stress analysis
• Fluency in Englisch and German, written and spoken
• An organised and motivated personality with a co-operative and open attitude who is able to work with minimal supervision as well as under challenging timescales
