Take the chance to kick-off your career with a fixed Graduate Programme Track within the Chief of Staff/CEO Office and related fields. The three rotation assignments are fixed in order to gain in-depth expertise and to become a specialist. During the programme you will have the unique opportunity to spend one rotation assignment abroad.
The Chief of Staff (CoS)/CEO Office engages in activities and projects for the ongoing support of the bank’s senior management and the CEO. Joining the CoS gives you the chance to work in different teams which focus on the bank’s core management processes and develop opportunities for the front- and back units, helping them to serve our clients more effectively. Rotations can include the CEO Office’s Business Management, the Group Strategy and Global Client teams, or the Corporate Sustainability & Responsible Investment team. By joining the Business Division “Chief of Staff” you will be actively involved in the daily business and gaining first-hand experience. Furthermore, the programme includes training sessions focusing on technical and social competencies.
YOUR CHALLENGE
- Preparing briefings and reports for internal and external meetings of the CEO and the CoS
- Ensuring succinct messaging and senior management communications on topics like strategy and value proposition
- Working on client-related programmes of our strategic agenda, covering the entire value chain
- Supporting the definition as well as implementation of the Group’s strategy, translating formulated strategy into tangible outcomes
- Working with the CS&RI team in the development and oversight of the bank’s sustainability strategy
REQUIREMENTS
- Master’s degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences with above-average grades in Economics, Banking & Finance, Business Management/Business Administration, Corporate Management, or Strategy and International Management (graduation max. 12 months ago)
- Initial practical experience in the financial industry
- Strong analytical, conceptual skills and lateral thinking
- Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
- Independent, resilient and team-oriented personality who likes to take responsibility
- Client oriented, organised and with good project management skills
- Fluent in English; fluency in German is an advantage
- Eligible for employment authorisation in Switzerland
