Take the chance to kick off your career with the flexible Graduate Programme, which allows you full flexibility in the choice of your rotation stations, shaping your career according to your interests. During the programme you will have the unique opportunity to spend one rotation assignment abroad.

Start your educational journey in the Business Division “Human Resources”. You will be actively involved in the daily business of our HR Business Management Team in Zurich. The HR Business Management Team contributes to the HR division’s succe​​ss by providing comprehensive support to ​the Global Head HR and the HR Division in the daily business as well as in cross-divisional matters and projects. You will be able to work together with various stakeholders of the HR Division as well as with other functions globally. Thus, joining the HR Business Management team will allow you to get valuable insights into the HR Division as well as general Business Management tasks. The team of four looks forward to onboarding a new member with a strong can-do attitude. Furthermore, the programme includes training sessions focusing on technical and social competencies. The next two rotation assignments are not predefined and can be chosen by yourself.

YOUR CHALLENGE

  • Analysis and preparation of data in a manner suitable for management
  • Compilation of monthly reports and monitoring of financials
  • Support on annual budgeting process
  • Creation of management presentations
  • Active collaboration in various projects
  • Support on analysis and optimisation of processes
  • Ad hoc tasks to assist Global Head HR or Head HR Business Management
  • Maintenance of intranet and social media sites of HR
  • Support on creating communication content (internal / external)

REQUIREMENTS

  • Master’s degree from a University or University of Applied Sciences with above-average grades in Economics, Banking, Finance, Business Administration (graduation max. 12 months ago)
  • Initial practical experience in the financial industry and/or human resources is an advantage
  • Strong analytical, conceptual skills and fast thinker
  • Very good communication and presentation skills, confident appearance
  • Strong organisational skills and fun with complex issues
  • Independent, flexible, resilient and team-oriented personality
  • Entrepreneurial mind-set, coupled with the willingness to take responsibility
  • Sound Microsoft Office application knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Fluent in German & English, other languages are an advantage
  • Eligible for employment authorisation in Switzerland
