Project Coordinator - Internal Management & External Reporting

We also provide performance intermediates & chemicals for many industrial applications, such as agro intermediates, food & feed ingredients, cosmetics, non-current good manufacturing practices (non-cGMP) intermediates, and custom development & manufacturing.

Lonza Specialty Ingredients (LSI) is looking for a trainee in our FP&A.

Tasks:

• Stocktaking current reporting: Review current reporting portfolio
• Identify gaps and improvement potentials to current reporting especially under new PE ownership and as a standalone organisation.
• Support implementation of any new requirements incl. design of new and automated reports to reduce manual workload and increase efficiency
• Documentation

Goals:

• Consolidate all requirements for internal and external reporting
• Efficient, standardised and complete set of reporting
• Implementation of new reporting set (Monthly, Quarterly, Full Year)
