What you do:

• Perform product management activities for the Pilatus military training systems products, spanning both the airborne and the ground training components (aircraft and simulators)
• Support the definition of the product roadmap collecting stakeholder requirements and performing competitor analysis
• Prepare technical documentation detailing functional/system requirements for product development, improvements and obsolescence issues resolution
• Assess new and emergent technologies for their applicability to the Pilatus training systems
• Conduct bid activities defining the product baseline content (e.g. Bill of Material), product modifications, production costs and schedule as per the stakeholder requirements
• Collect and process obsolescence data to define obsolescence resolution plans (technical, cost and schedule) as required by existing Pilatus customers and suppliers

What you bring:

• University degree in Engineering, preferably Aerospace or Electronics
• Proven experience in product management for either airborne or ground based training products and components, specifically avionics and flight simulators. Military systems experience constitutes an advantage
• Proven experience in engineering technical requirements definition, tracking and verification. Tools of choice are Rational DOORS, Siemens Teamcenter, and Atlassian Jira
• Excellent communication skills in English (at least C1 level). Additional German knowledge constitute an advantage
• Excellent communication, decision making and organization skills
• Able to work efficiently in an international team environment under defined deadlines
