For our sales department at our headquarters in Schaffhausen, we are looking for a

BUSINESS ANALYST / SALES MANAGEMENT
(M/F/X - 100%)

Reporting to the Department Manager Sales Management and working very closely with the Area Sales Managers (ASM), she/he contributes to the elaboration of dashboards & presentations to support the decision-making process and the achievement of the commercial targets. She / he is also responsible to monitor IWC’s global pricing positioning, to recommend prices for new products and implement price changes whenever required. In this context she/he will liaise closely with the markets to align on price change implementation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Analytics

  • Develop & update business reports on a weekly and monthly basis with a focus on key KPIs like, Sell-out trends, SOSI, stock coverage, number of doors, productivity
  • Consolidate Retail / Wholesale / Online targets for our monthly estimates and during financial planning periods (Budget & Last Estimate)
  • Create ad-hoc commercial analyses and presentations for IWC and Richemont management
  • Act as a head office key user for our B to B tool (Sales Force): monitor & consolidate our POS database (POS ID), exchange with Richemont Booster team & local IWC key users for the release of new features on the tool
  • Maintain our Sales SharePoint, update the folders structure & guidelines, grant access for our local Sales community

    Pricing

  • Update IWC’s Pricing cockpit on a monthly basis and compare with relevant benchmarks when needed/requested. Monitor FX fluctuations
  • Recommend pricing changes with the ASM and work on pricing adjustment proposals
  • Propose tactical positioning as well as FX targets to set the prices of novelties in more than 30 different currencies
  • Maintain pricing lists in SAP ERP and the Sales SharePoint

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent
  • Previous internship experience or full-time job in analytics or related field is an asset
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proactivity & flexibility
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint are required. Experience onBusiness Intelligence tools a plus
  • Fluent in English, German or French a plus
