We’re looking for someone like that to:

• Support lead PMs in the investment decision-making process for all asset classes
• Conduct research in tactical asset allocation and manager selection
• Contribute to portfolio construction to create efficient risk-return profiles for our portfolios and funds
• Implement investment strategies, derivative overlays, monitor their performance and risks
• Coordinate the execution in close collaboration with the implementation and trading teams
• Accompany the development of new product lines, including sustainable investing
• Support the improvement of our processes and proprietary portfolio management systems

Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.

As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.

Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team

You’ll be working in the Portfolio Management team in Zurich. Our team is responsible for the management of multi-asset portfolios for Swiss and international institutional clients. As a portfolio manager, you’ll play a crucial role in the real-time construction and management of investment portfolios.

Your expertise

You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.

In particular, you have:

• an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
• an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
• sharp analytical and problem solving skills
• good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
• proven numerical and quantitative skills for understanding and applying quantitative models
• excellent German and English (written and oral)
