Your role
Are you interested in working in a fast moving environment? Do you have sound organizational skills and like to pay attention to detail? Are you a good communicator and team player?
We are looking for someone that likes to:
- support event planning and take over logistic tasks for our art platforms
- help us develop event communications
- actively participate in on-site operations of art platforms
- connect with our internal and external stakeholders
- support running and monitoring social media campaigns
- support the team in overarching tasks
Internship
Our 6 month internship is an ideal way to gain the work experience you’ll need to launch your career. It’s also an opportunity to work with and learn from some of our sharp people in finance.
From the start of the program, you’ll be right at the heart of the business, taking part in the day-to-day operations. You’ll not only learn about the business of finance from top to bottom, you’ll also experience our unique workplace culture.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Art Brand Activation, Sponsorship and Events team in Zurich. We manage art partnerships and programs around the world designed to meet the firm’s business and brand objectives. We are a highly skilled, international and dynamic team who work on a global scale and across a multitude of platforms.
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- good organizational skills with attention to detail
- sound communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- a flexible, open-minded and cooperative personality (you’re a people person)
- excellent English (written and oral) and ideally German as a first language
But we’d like to also see evidence that you can:
- analyze a problem, take a view and come to a decision
- make things happen
- stick with a task
- work in a team
- come up with ideas
Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
