Responsibilities & Profile

Your contribution to KPMG

• Assist Managers in advising clients on a wide range of Swiss tax issues including tax residence matters, cross-border tax implications, social security matters, taxable benefits and tax reconciliation processes
• Prepare Swiss tax returns with international exposure, tax equalization calculations and tax projections for individuals
• Manage a portfolio of approximately 150 individuals
• Prepare and review correspondence with tax authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for expatriates
• Negotiate with the tax authorities regarding tax ruling, tax appeals and complex tax situation
• Communicate with individual taxpayers and other KPMG offices, as well as HR and Payroll contacts at our corporate clients

This is what makes you successful

• University degree in economics, law or finance
• A first experience in individual tax in Switzerland, ideally with a Big 4 or consulting background, is a strong asset
• Excellent French and English skills (C1 minimum). German is a plus
• Good organization skills, high motivation, flexibility
• You are not afraid of change and have a deep ambition to succeed both individually and as part of a team
• Ability to not just work but to thrive in an international and multi-cultural setting
