Our Tax Team offers integrated tax services that help our customers to successfully manage local and global challenges. Do you want to support advise discerning customers on complex tax issues? Then we’re the right company for you.

The Tax Team integrated in the department Global Employer Service (GES) provide international organisations with leading strategies to enable mobility and international assignment programs, optimising Tax and compliance conditions. Join our team in Geneva.

What you can expect from us

  • A 12-month placement in our Global Employer Services Team
  • From day one, the opportunity to work in a client-facing role on various projects in key industries.
  • Working within a multidisciplinary team to provide services relating to individual tax compliance, social security, payroll, immigration and global mobility
  • A young, international and diverse team made up of over 50 nationalities

Your qualifications

  • A “can do” attitude and a proactive approach
  • Curiosity and a thirst for knowledge, bringing fresh perspectives to our projects
  • Clear and effective communication with teams and different cultures across the globe
  • A team player who can help others and ask for help
  • The ability to analyse complex problems and propose solutions
  • Ability to manage tasks with competing deadlines and prioritise accordingly
  • The ability to communicate confidently in English. French would be an advantage but not essential.
  • Competent user of Microsoft Programmes and able to work with upcoming technology
