As part of the Fill Finish Pilot Plant (F2P2) Team you support the Manufacturing Science and Technology group in ongoing technical projects involving laboratory work and interaction with other similar supporting functions. You support technical projects helping to improve the day-to-day operational tasks. This opportunity will provide you with a platform to learn innovative techniques and provide experience in pharmaceutical parenteral manufacturing thereby preparing you for your future career.

Main tasks:

• Plan and execute laboratory experiments relating to the project Continuous Compounding/Manufacturing
• Generate and interpret statistical data and discuss with the team
• Identify project specific bottlenecks, communicate and coordinate with the team
• Propose improvements and identify solutions or processes
• Establish frequent contacts with supporting functions and partner teams within research organization on campus for project related discussions
• Engage with suppliers whenever need is foreseen

Qualifications

Crucial requirements for candidates:

• Students pursuing a life sciences or engineering degree
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Strong interest in Research and Development
• Ability for cross-departmental thinking and collaborative work in teams
• Good communication skills
• Fluency in German and English
