  • You will work alongside experienced project management professionals using both agile and non-agile methods to drive a project portfolio covering a variety of different projects ranging from developing innovative solutions for our Assurance practice to technology implementation projects at clients.
  • You will support the Assurance Digital Management in the areas of Finance, Controlling, Risk Management, People Matters, Project Management and Marketing.
  • You will support our client-facing managers with managing their projects and opportunity management.
  • You will support our operations and project management office by developing new ways of reporting and controlling.

What you can contribute - skills for shaping the future

  • You are passionate about project management and you can work well with numbers.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, including strong command of English and German
  • Strategic thinking, problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound organizational skills; ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Proactive self-starter with a committed team-oriented attitude.
  • Proven ability to work effectively under-pressure and to manage conflicting stakeholder
  • and work demands.
  • You have applied knowledge of the Microsoft 365 Suite especially in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • The following areas are a plus:
    • Project management methodologies (SCRUM, Prince2, PMBOK etc.)
    • Business Intelligence tools (eg. PowerBI, Spotfire, Tableau)
    • SharePoint, Confluence, JIRA, ServiceNow
