Our AbbVie Trainee Rotational Program offers a gateway into a company where each of the jobs offers opportunities. Our goal is to provide young talent with entry-level opportunities in an exciting and diverse industry.

Shape and expand your expertise in three areas within 1.5 years

We launched our trainee program in summer 2016 and have been offering two trainee positions every 18 months since then. You can choose between an 80% and 100% workload. During 1.5 years, our trainees go through three dedicated cycles of 6 months each. The choice of areas can be co-determined by the respective trainee. Thus, there is the famous agony of choice: Marketing, Medical, Customer Excellence, External Affairs, Market Access, Finance or Human Resources are on offer.

Ideally, success means a shared future for the trainees and AbbVie.

Since the start of the trainee program in June 2016, we have already been able to record our first successes: Five out of six trainees were permanently employed at AbbVie after completing the program - as Brand Manager, Medical Science Liaison Manager, Business Finance Manager and Market Access Manager.
