Your role
Are you passionate about communications and branding? Do you like to roll up your sleeves and work on a wide variety of projects?
We’re looking for someone like that to help us with our:
- brand campaign, UBS’s global advertising initiative to raise awareness for the brand
- brand design, advise on and develop guidelines for a consistent look & feel
- purpose, newly launched in 2021, working on engagement campaigns and implementation
- tone of voice, the initiative being rolled out globally aimed at improving all our communications
- content marketing, supporting the activation of some unique global content platforms such as Nobel Perspectives

Your team
You’ll be working within the Advertising & Content Marketing and Brand Strategy teams in Zurich. We’re responsible for the key global advertising and content marketing campaigns and brand strategy. We’re a lean and dynamic team who work closely with other Communications and Branding teams such as brand strategy, digital marketing and social media, brand design and internal communications. So you’ll experience and work with experts from all these areas.
Your expertise
You need have completed at least four semesters of your bachelor’s degree or have obtained your master’s degree within the last 6 months.
In particular, you have:
- interest of experience in writing or storytelling
- an affinity for digital channels and technologies
- an autonomous and structured way of working
- preferably a university student/graduate in communications and/or marketing
- English fluent / German fluent would be an asset
Perhaps you’ve organized a fundraising event or taken part in team sports? Or persevered and passed an exam in a subject you found challenging? Think about how things you’ve achieved match the skills we’re after.
