Switzerland Work Permit Specialist - Geneva

As the Work Permit Specialist for our Benefits team, you will be the contact for our Geneva based organisation on Swiss work permits and will work in close partnership with the government authorities.

With us you will:

  • Provide Work Permit support for the dynamic needs of our diverse organisation, having one to one meetings with employees and HR Managers.
  • You will be the main contact and establish strong partnerships with the government authorities.
  • This work will cover new applications, suspensions, renewals and deregistration of work permits.
  • You will maintain personnel files and data bases accurately.

Qualifications

Apply if you have:

  • Proven experience with HR processes and an overall basic knowledge of Swiss Labour Law.
  • High attention to detail and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong initiative, assertiveness and resolve to stay within defined rule sets when under time pressure.
  • Key attributes are a strong sense of urgency, multi-tasker, strong problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
