Your program’s highlights
Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. Your field of responsibility
You will be a junior member of the PBI Solutions Delivery team, which defines and implements the most adequate product strategy and offering for PBI clients.
You will support the team in all its activities. Among other, you will identify and promote the most suitable investment ideas and solutions generated by CS’ CIO Office. You will analyze past transactions, Relationship Manager and client activity, market trends, product performance and attractiveness. To support this, you will source new sets of data and design new reports, using state of the art reporting tools. You will promote the selected investment ideas and product priorities to the Relationship Managers through various channels and will participate in strategic projects aiming at further developing the reach of CS solutions in an efficient manner, for instance through new digital channels.

Your future colleagues
The PBI Solutions Delivery team is part of Private Banking International (PBI), which serves HNWI clients with classic private banking needs, domiciled in International Wealth Management markets. We are a team of three professionals with substantial experience in investment management, sales management and private banking operations, driven by a can-do and entrepreneurial approach, where all members complement each other and work closely together on projects.

Your qualifications and skills

  • Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Banking & Finance
  • Demonstrated experience in analytics tools, advanced knowledge of financial markets and instruments, combining precision and accuracy with strong modelling skills
  • The ability to think analytically and flexibly, with a technological, solution-focused mindset
  • A willingness to cooperate collaboratively and also to work independently on your own initiative
  • A highly motivated, flexible can-do attitude and are a team player
  • A commitment to service alongside effective communication skills and a keen attention to details
  • Well-developed conceptual thinking
  • Fluent in English. A solid working knowledge of German would be an advantage
