Our Career Start Program offers an ideal platform for graduates who want to experience life at the heart of the financial services industry. You start your main assignment in your business area and rotate to another department for 4-6 months so you can experience different positions, gain insight into a broad spectrum of roles, build new skills and develop crucial networks across the bank. The program offers a combination of practical experience, shadowing days, structured on- and off-the-job training, stimulating challenges and evaluation activities. Your field of responsibility
The Family Office & Institutional Clients team is responsible for delivering bespoke/specialized investment opportunities to Single Family Office and Sophisticated Private Banking clients across Europe. The role therefore requires to work with clients to understand their particular needs and address them jointly with other team members and product experts from across the bank. The team is also responsible of the coverage of clients in coordination with Relationship Managers, handling trading orders, documenting the client discussions as well as ensuring the investment opportunity is approved by relevant channels (notably Legal & Compliance). You will be involved in trade idea generation, execution of transactions, and well as tracking of the team’s revenues and pipeline.

The team is currently composed of 9 team members, of which 7 are based in Zurich and 2 in London. They work in a very collaborative fashion to achieve the common objectives. The team can also relay on the wider Advisory & Sales function of CSAG. Your qualifications and skills
Demonstrate the skills and attributes you bring to this key position within the Family Office and Institutional Clients Group in Advisory & Sales Europe. Tell us how your experience, character and vision connect with the responsibilities required and prospects we offer. You have:
- Recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree from a university or university of applied sciences, ideally in Finance / Economics
- Proven experience as Assistant Relationship Manager, Financial Analyst, Sales or similar within a bank, financial institution or financial consulting company
- Financial market knowledge across asset classes is a plus
- A confident, ambitious outlook and the ability to work effectively under pressure
- A willingness to take on responsibility and work independently and also as an effective team member
- Exceptional organizational skills and a precise, efficient approach to your work
- A willingness to go the extra mile and flexible can-do attitude
- Fluent English is required. German would be an advantage.
