Job location

In this 80 to 100% job you have the possibility to work partly from home.
You do not travel regularly.

The team is made up of 17 employees with various skills, seven of whom are working as Technical Customer Consultants.

The themes

Swisscom’s corporate values and our portfolio of products and services are important for you. With you onboard, we can guarantee optimum functioning of planning, implementation and operation of the ICT infrastructure. Within a dedicated team serving key national and international accounts, you are the first point of contact for ICT infrastructure faults. You carefully handle fault reports over the phone or in writing, implementing the appropriate measures. As the person in charge of organisation and coordination within the fault management process, you deal with the flow of information with major customers and stakeholders.

Your professional profile

  • Diploma (FCC) in IT/ICT or equivalent diploma

  • Initial experience in customer service or ICT assistance

  • Interest in ICT, willingness to work in a team on a 24/7 basis, networking-oriented
  • Fluency in written and spoken German or English

  • Good communication skills
  • Can cope well under stress
  • Willing to handle customers’ complaints
