Internship - Internal Value Chain Digital Solutions (12 months)
The internal value chain for digital solutions team is acting as a linking pin across the organization to support lifecycle teams and affiliates in the commercialization of digital solutions. The goal is to deliver integrated, efficient, compliant, and tax optimized operational processes & services for all digital solutions across Roche Diagnostics.
In this position you will have the following key responsibilities:
- Support the Network Lead Internal Reporting & Analytics Digital Solutions in designing an integrated vision on how to handle internal reporting & insights generation for software products
- Generate next level of Management reporting and overall foundation
- Support in identification of reasonable KPIs for the RIS business to track their performance
Your qualifications for this position are:
- Advanced student or recent graduate in informatics, statistics, economy, or a similar field, preferably with practical work experiences
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (must)
- Knowledgeable on analytics and / or related technology (Tableau, Alterix, etc.)
- Knowledgeable on innovation, customer-centric and agile methodologies
- Experienced in communication with customers and partners
- Engaged team player, proactive, self-driven, customer-focused and outcome driven
- Able to effectively deal with changing priorities and deal with ambiguity
- Plus: Experience working in a diagnostics / life sciences environment
- Plus: Experience with Software as a Service (SAAS) business models and knowledge of SaaS financial infrastructure
