The PD Wellbeing is a Basel Leadership Team Initiative. The position
As a member of the PD Wellbeing Team, the PD Wellbeing Engagement and Communications Intern will have the following responsibilities / duties:
- Explore current thinking, trends and internal / external best practices in Wellbeing
- Help to conceptualize and implement a continual engagement and communication to enable the capture, organization,
- Support the launch and implementation of PD Wellbeing programs from concept to delivery and measurement of the effectiveness
- Back Office support i.e. communication, market research, development of surveys
- Support the Team strategy in the design, development, update and digitalization of their offerings
- Assist in executing team strategy by curating resource and supporting organizing wellbeing events
- Support engagement with relevant Business Continuity Management activities (including resilience and workforce sustainability)
Education / Qualifications:
- University degree in Business administration, Life sciences, associated disciplines (e.g. Social/Cognitive or Organizational Psychology)
- Basic project management experience
- Curiosity, open-mindedness and interest to work in a global environment
- Ability to work independently and in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong communication skills, Fluency in written and spoken English
Experience, Skills, Knowledge
- Fast learner with first experience in a business environment, ideally with customer interaction
- Advanced knowledge in MS-Office and Google Apps Suite, Analytical Skills
- Experience in training development and workshop facilitation is a plus
- Fluent in oral and written English, German is an asset
- Interests across functions and working in a multi-cultural environment motivates you

Information about application documents and start date:
This internship should preferably start as soon as possible and will last a minimum of 6 months with the possibility to extend 6 months.
The application needs to include a CV and a motivation letter. Please clearly indicate your preferred starting date in your motivation letter.
Due to regulations non-EU/EFTA citizens must provide a certificate from the university stating that an internship is mandatory as part of the application documents.
