Your role
Do you believe in the power of digital technology to drive better client experiences? Does the challenge of creating solutions that will bring the financial services industry forward excite you? We’re looking for someone like that to:
- collaborate with Sales, Trading and Technology globally (Zurich, London, New York, Singapore);
- assist in Global Markets product initiatives, including the definition of overall strategy and requirements, participating in product design working groups and engaging in project delivery efforts;
- analyze data supporting sales and trading flows to maximize business performance;
- bring in new ideas and new thinking to innovate how we do business;
- be a key driver in developing our Structured products and broader Quantitative Investment Strategies platforms.
Graduate Talent Program
Our Graduate Talent Program (GTP) lasts 18 months. You’ll be directly involved in day-to-day operations, working with professionals and gaining first-hand experience of our business.
As well as on-the-job learning, you’ll get training on the financial markets, our products and other core business topics. Rotational assignments are a key part of the program. By taking on other roles in related departments, you’ll gain a wider perspective.
Besides all that, you’ll attend networking events, cross-business classes and social occasions where you’ll get to know us.

Your team
You’ll be working in the Derivatives Hub Product Management team in Opfikon, which is part of our Digital Platform horizontal within Global Markets. In order to develop best-in-class digital platform capabilities, we collaborate and coordinate across the whole of Global Markets and the broader firm in addition to our business aligned services in Technology, Operations, Legal and Compliance. We are a diverse team located across Opfikon and London and our team members come from various educational backgrounds. This diversity helps us to bring different disciplines together to produce tangible results and transform our business.
Your expertise
You need have completed your bachelor’s or master’s degree.
In particular, you have:
- good communication skills, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- an interest in financial markets, numbers, models and products
- an interest in working in a fast-paced international environment as part of a team
- sharp analytical and problem solving skills
- a structured work style, confident working autonomously
- a fast learner when it comes to new IT products
