We are looking for an experienced Initiative Leader who is eager to make an impact on their career and take on a new challenge. You will join the Fabric Care Europe team which consist of Program Managers and Innovators delivering successful initiatives that build the P&G Global brands.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the multi-functional team & activities to develop and execute a comprehensive initiative plan to deliver in-market success. This includes clarifying business objectives and expectations, effectively framing and communicating issues to drive decision making, guiding the initiative team to deliver on-time Commercial, Technical, and Market readiness, and building multi-functional innovation management capabilities.

In the role, you will:
- Demonstrate curiosity for business, passion for winning, discipline & structure, agility and ability to engage and influence a variety of functions/organizations
- Develop & coordinate interdependent activities mapping across commercial teams (Brand, Consumer Market Knowledge), R&D design and technical teams, Supply Chain Planning & Manufacturing interdependencies. Identify and enable the activities on the critical path for Speed to Market
- Act as a Team Leader to frame issues, risks, opportunities and recommend next steps to deliver objectives and improve results.
- Be responsible for the decision and alignment process for the initiatives project, establishing an effective network across the multi-functional stakeholders from design to delivery.
Qualifications

- Experience of successful management of broad projects
- Leadership skills enabling you to frame issues, risks, opportunities and recommend next steps to deliver objectives and improve results.
- Confirmed experience of planning and executing an innovation base plan and leading the development and schedule that integrates the activities of all the functions.
- Strong written and verbal interpersonal skills to influence others and collaborate within complementary teams
- Excellent analytical, problem solving and negotiating skills
- Ambitious and a real passion for building strong multi-functional partner relationships
- Experience in Market Operations, manufacturing or engineering is a plus
- Fluency in English language
