Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
Job Description
For our trainee program we are looking for outstanding graduates with a passion for marketing of consumables. In 24 months, we will lay the foundation for your future at Bosch together. The following awaits you:
- Flexible start date
- Unlimited employment contract
- Individual program design (duration up to 24 months)
- 4 to 6 stations in the areas of product marketing, data analytics, user experience and business development
- A stay abroad is a part of the program
- Intensive involvement into the daily business and in projects
- Personal mentor, specific training and educational measures
Qualifications
- Master’s degree with above-average grades in business administration with focus preferably on marketing (brand management, product marketing, etc.)
- First work experience in product marketing or user experience (internship, working student jobs)
- International experience, at least one stay abroad of several months
- High self-motivation, flexibility, entrepreneurial and creative thinking
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Very good knowledge of English (oral and written), good German, other languages are a plus
