During your 12-month internship, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the Global HR management of GF Piping Systems. As part of the strategic HR team, you will actively participate in international projects and even take responsibility for smaller projects yourself. We are therefore looking for an
Your tasks:
- Collaboration in international HR IT projects linked to our Learning Management System
- Creation and updating of training material (classroom and digital learning)
- Support of the Learning & Development team with global learning initiatives
- Support in the planning, execution and follow-up of workshops and events
- Creation of communication content for our HR intranet site
- Assistance with various administrative HR activities
Your profile:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Media Design, Media Informatics, Business Communication, Business Psychology or related field
- First experience in content development is an advantage
- Very good German and English skills
- Confident handling of MS-Office
- Experience with authoring tools & content management systems desirable
- Self-driven, analytical and structured approach
- Availability: Starting February/March for 12 months
