Your field of responsibility
We offer you a role that exposes you with an opportunity to shape Client data within the bank, in a continuously evolving environment, impacted by regulatory and strategic initiatives. Managing data effectively is a key enabler for success and this is even more so important than with Client Data - the core DNA of the bank.
Get the opportunity to learn about Client data topics, ranging from managing Client data at Partner level and defining the future state of this as well as ensuring our day-to-day business runs smoothly, which relies heavily on correct, up-to-date and consistent and good quality Client data, process and procedure. Experience first-hand, what it takes to keep the bank running smoothly.
You will be exposed to all divisions and business areas of the bank and work across both business and IT but also legal, compliance and Audit to ensure change topic and business as usual activities are managed and delivered in the right way, across multiple applications from Front Office to back office Operations.
Additionally, you will also be exposed to and can learn about other areas of the Chief Data Officer function such as Data Management and Data Analytics and how all this comes together to make the bank ready for the challenges that lie ahead.
Your future colleagues
We are organized in a value stream with shared responsibilities across two squads (Change Projects and Client Data Domain) and you will have a chance to rotate across both of these squads and even work on topics, which span both squads and perhaps other areas of the CDO. Therefore, we require and look for lots of ownership and leadership to advance our topics. We work together as a family and also take time for personal topics and fun at work. Trust, accountability, partnership and good work ethics are key to success.
