Fair pay

In the full-time position of Step In Marketing Manager (employment level of 100%), you will receive a gross salary of: CHF 34 - 64K per year, depending on what stage you have reached in your studies and/or your final qualification (specialisation).

Job location

In this 60 to 100% job you have the possibility to work partly from home.

You travel up to 20% of your working time within Switzerland.

The themes

You gain an in-depth insight into the t mobile business mass-market and strategic marketing at Swisscom. Together with stakeholders from different areas of the organisation, you can make a difference.

You support the planning and implementation of go-to-market projects, conduct market and customer analyses, create reports and accompany the product life cycle with your measures. In addition, you design marketing and customer loyalty measures, ensure their implementation and monitor their success. In this way, you help to secure sales and increase customer loyalty. With your initiative and creative ideas, you help to achieve our sales and turnover targets and ensure the satisfaction of our customers and their loyalty. You take end-to-end responsibility for your subject areas from planning, go-to-market to success control. You further coordinate and control our numerous stakeholders.

Your professional profile

  • Degree (Uni/UAS/technical college) in business administration, media and communication or equivalent professional experience
  • Great interest and first experience in marketing

  • Ideally experience or great interest in the ICT market
  • Knowledge of Office programmes like Excel and PowerPoint
  • Project management skills and enjoyment of project management
