What you do

• Engineering assistance to the customer support groups in troubleshooting complex cases
• Engineering support for all assigned systems of the PC-24
• Creating trouble shooting procedures for assigned systems
• Updating technical content of troubleshooting database and maintenance manual
• Analysis and resolution of airworthiness / flight safety related occurrences

What you bring

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in electrical or aeronautical engineering
• Experience in the aerospace industry in the field of customer engineering support
• Highly self-motivated and capable of working with minimum supervision
• Handling multiple tasks simultaneously and ensure correct prioritization to meet a set schedule
• Working across multiple organisations
• Fluency in English (at least C1), German is an advantage
