Client facing track

• Strategy-led transformation projects with a strong focus on Data Analytics and AI to stay ahead of the game

• Customer-centric projects which help our clients to elevate the ‘human experience’ in their E-commerce or Marketing strategy

• Projects which optimise our clients’ business operations and help them take advantage of market-leading, cloud computing technologies

• Human Capital projects which improve an organisation’s performance through their most important asset: their people

• Technology projects that provide clients with solutions that achieve maximum impact and value across different support functions, e.g. IT Strategy, Finance, Supply Chain, SAP, Programme Leadership, …

Management track

• Assistant to the Managing Partner or COO

• Director and editor of internal corporate videos

• Analyst on our Strategy Execution taskforce

• Reporting guru for Resource Management team

• …

What we are looking for:

• Business and Technical 3rd-year Bachelor and Master students with an EFTA/EU Nationality

• Strong initiative, problem-solving and advanced language skills in English (knowledge of German is not required, but a nice extra)

• Positive attitude towards challenges and changes

• Good interpersonal and multinational cooperation skills gained through international student exchanges, voluntary work, etc.

• Willingness to learn, strong analytical thinking and a structured way of working
