Senior Consultant - ESG and Non-Financial Reporting
Would you like to advise clients in their ESG Reporting and put your acquired knowledge into practice? As a Senior Consultant, you will work alongside team members and together you will assist our clients in solving their most important topics around ESG.
Your contribution to KPMG
- As a Senior Consultant, you work on projects of strategic nature in all areas of the clients ESG Reporting journey such as the evaluation of the ESG maturity level of a project
- Support the identification of relevant ESG aspects and assess impacts on our client’s supply chain
- Together with the project lead, you manage the definition of Non-Financial Reporting (NFR) and the identification and documentation of ESG processes, governance, organization and data
- You actively support and drive project management activities and support in business development activities by assisting with scoping prospective engagements and developing client proposals
- Follow market developments and trends, share them internally and translate them into strategic thought leadership
- Support clients focus on their goals towards a successful and on-time implementation and identify relevant ESG KPIs (e.g. EU Taxonomy, CSRD, RBI)
This is what makes you successful
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, Sustainability or similar
- At least 2 years of experience in the field of ESG or Non Financial Reporting
- An analytical mindset, intellectual curiosity, structured thinking and creativity
- Teamplayer, enthusiastic and proactive personality with a “can do” attitude
- Willingness to travel (on site at our clients in Switzerland and abroad)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
