You will “own” our Innovation center from technology perspective with corresponding responsibility rolled into one unique team in a modern infrastructure with cutting edge technology. This Innovation Center Product Owner role is responsible for overseeing the center IT Operations and Support, to Develop and Engage in the process of planning for the NOW, NEXT, FUTURE technology masterplan, including equity Technologies with Global team and with European FMOT centers. It requires continuous learning and innovation awareness, Start-ups, Conferences, Accelerators, to ensure we bring best technology experience to support the Vault selling story and to deliver superior customer engagement value.
As Product Owner you will:
- Promote the product vision and empower team members to ensure product’s success.
- Build the business case for the product roadmap, and measure/report to partners on product impact within the market.
- Be responsible for product performance and continuously improve product and process.
- Keep up to date on the latest standard methodologies, strategies, technologies, and industry changes relevant to the product domain.
- Drive execution and remove roadblocks while researching and identifying new opportunities to innovate on behalf of the consumers.
- Managing the entire product life cycle from planning to tactical execution
- Leading all aspects of IT operations, including budget ownership, technical action plan, and partnerships with technical vendors
Qualifications
- Senior-level Client Management - advise P&G GMs and customers on P&G Technology Strategy, Solutions and overall industry awareness on major related innovation to P&G domains expertise.

IT Foundational skills, develops foundations (processes, roles), SaFe methodology, IT security basics (iRisk), IT entrepreneur and a service-oriented attitude (Customer Experience).
- User Experience foundations, user studies, design thinking, prototyping tools, Product Communication, UserCase creation standard processes for product relevant scope, testing, Agile Methodology

Strong Leadership
- Passionate end-to-end ownership for a wide variety of client/user-facing with a high sense of customer service and willingness
- Strong interest to digitize and automate our Vault user experiences

Leverage data and analytics, Finance budget management
- Project Management skills
