Your tasks

  • You will manage the complete immigration processes for our clients, from receiving the initiation instructions through to completion, including the drafting of applications and regular follow-ups with the authorities.
  • You will be using our internal client database and ensure that the progress of applications is kept completely up to date and assignment deadlines are met.
  • You will proactively manage a portfolio of clients and ensure that the needs of your clients are met at all times.
  • You will assist with the client engagement accounting, including the preparation of draft bills for your client portfolio.
  • You will undertake technical and practical legal research including identification, collation, and distribution of the information.
  • You will be able to use your excellent communication skills to deal efficiently and effectively with Swiss immigration authorities, our clients and other PwC teams.
  • You will work in a fast-paced, international environment in close collaboration with local and international immigration, tax and social security teams. 

Your profile

  • You are a native German speaker (with excellent writing skills) and you are fluent in English.
  • You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • You have an excellent command of MS Office tools, strong editing skills and a keen interest in using technology in your daily work.
  • You are a team player who also enjoys working independently.
  • You are a proactive, problem-solving, communicative person who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and cope well with stressful situations.
  • You are excited by the opportunity to deliver high quality consulting and compliance immigration services to our clients and you are ready to ‘go the extra mile’ when needed.
