Your Role

Your role as a Junior HR Manager will be to support the Finance Manager in ensuring that staff receives a high quality HR services and an efficient treatment.

• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures
• Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• Follow up on any type of absences
• Assist employees with any HR related requests (company policies and processes, local regulations, etc.).
• Collect training needs and organise training sessions.
• Organise monthly office meeting to ensure smooth communication within the office and share important events in employee's life.
• Organise Social Events, team building and staff well-being activities.
• Act as Corporate Social Responsibility coordinator for the Geneva office as part of the global CSR committee.
• Provide back up for the local team in various office management duties if needed.

Requirements

• Junior HR Business Partner 40-50% - you must be bilingual

• You must be available in a short period of time.

• At least 5 years proven working experience as HR Business Partner or another HR executive position
• Bachelor's degree in HR or Psychologist with labour experience or related field
• Perfect fluency in both French and English (spoken and written)
• Good listener with outstanding communication skills
• People oriented, and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
• In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
