Your Role

  • Act as the ICT expert, provide answers when needed as per Service Level Agreement
  • Collaborate closely with the ICT L2 team to ensure adequate ICT answers
  • Redirect users to the Global Service Desk support when needed
  • Report recurrent questions to ICT L2 team to enhance Global Service Desk knowledge
  • Ensure a high level quality of content for answers by using templates and consistent vocabulary
  • Update the ICT answers database when changes are made to solutions, processes, or policies
  • Increase end-users ICT knowledge awareness and promote official standards

Requirements

  • International Organization
  • Challenging environment

  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in the IT service desk field in a global organization
  • Very good knowledge of English and French (written and spoken)
  • Very good writing skills
  • Proven interpersonal skills and able to interfere with different teams (internal or external)
  • Good organization and planning skills
  • Discipline and timeliness
  • Very good listening and communication skills
  • Affinity for teamwork and strong collaborative attitude
