Junior Admin / Executive Assistant - 80 % - ENG
Your Role
From 1pm to 7pm every day, you will be responsible for:
Extensive calendar management and meetings organization
Database update and organization
Administrative support to 2 senior managers
Incoming calls and guest welcoming management
Office supplies management
Team project support
Expense reports management
Various administrative duties such as invoicing and archiving
Requirements
- Previous similar experience (3y at least) and English bilingual (C2 or native)
- Part-time job for a great work life balance, between 70 and 80% to be confirmed
You have
- previous 3-year experience in a similar role
- an experience in the financial sector is a big asset
- outstanding organizational skills and attention to details
- high standards, you deliver an accurate work with high quality as you set yourself high standards
- you used to work for a demanding manager,
- have a good command of Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel and Word)
- Fluency in English is compulsory (C2 level is required), French is nice to have, not a need
