Junior Administrative & Executive Assistant - 100%
Your Role
You will be in charge of:
-
office management & facilities support (suppliers relationship management, correspondences, front office supplies, event , IT support)
-
reception (phone calls, welcoming visitors, organise conference rooms, daily mail/deliveries). You will also ensure reception area is tidy and presentable - general support to compliance and finance department
-
travel arrangements
-
other clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing
Requirements
- You have a previous experience in the luxury hospitality industry
- You are fluent in English and French (C2 level) and outstanding writting skills
You have :
-
a mandatory previous experience min 5 years of experience as a Receptionist/Guest Relations Manager in a 4 or 5 star hotel or a previous experience in a financial company as Receptionist/Administrative Assistant

a background in compliance, legal and/or finance
-
excellent communication and writting skills
-
outstanding organisational and time management skills - attention to detail, common sense and pragmatism

IT skills (MS Office)

great team spirit and a passion for your job

an outstanding presentation
You are :

bilingual in French and English - C1/C2 level required

a self driven person with an entrepreneurial mindset
