Your Role

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the directors and their teams
  • Support internal and external events
  • Handle travel bookings, logistics, and related agendas
  • Act as an interface between internal/external contacts
  • Maintain contact/stakeholder lists up to date
  • Maintain a Group Security agenda up to date
  • Manage postal mailing as well as correspondence linked to suppliers requests other operational communications topics related to the Department
  • Handle invoices, PO creation, Vendor & Procurement Management

Requirements

  • Temporary position for 9 months
  • Administrative assistant role will enable those efficiencies to be attained

  • Commercial Education 'Maturité' or 'CFC'/ Graduate level is a plus
  • Excellent command of all Office tools (Word, Excel, Powerpoint). Any additional software a plus
  • Initiated to SAP controller role
  • Previous experiences in administrative role within an International Company
  • Flexibility, able to multitask, sense of priorities
  • Excellent organizational skills, detailed oriented, able to handle and follow a project from A to Z
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • English and French fluent
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve high performance goals and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
