Position summary

We are currently recruiting for a dynamic and inventive Learning Event Coordinator in our HR Learning & Development team. As Learning Event Coordinator you will be responsible for the holistic organisation of learning events including the monthly new joiners day. This position is based in our Zurich office.

Your responsibilities:

  • Holistic organisation of multi-day offsite learning events and development centres
  • Planning and executing the monthly new joiners day
  • Leading and coordinating third parties, such as venues, event suppliers and internal teams
  • Preparing material and documentations
  • Managing invitations and registrations via the learning management system
  • Being the trusted learning events expert in the Learning & Development team and first point of contact for our internal and external stakeholders

You have/are:

  • commercial education
  • strong organisational and communication skills
  • pro-active mind-set and high reliability
  • attention to detail and a quality mindset
  • good knowledge in working with MS Office tools
  • able to cope with a pressured and varied workload; multi-tasking
  • a great teammate with a positive, flexible attitude, and a service oriented approach
  • fluent in German, good knowledge in English
