Responsibilities & Profile

Your responsibilities

  • Prepare US income tax returns, tax equalization calculations and tax projections for individuals
  • Communicate with individual taxpayers, as well as HR and payroll contacts at our corporate clients
  • Prepare correspondence with the US Internal Revenue Service and state tax authorities in relation to tax notices and/or audits for expatriates
  • Participate in arrival and departure tax meetings for expatriates, as well as data gathering meetings for the preparation of individuals’ tax returns
  • Assist our GMS professionals in conducting tax research relating to expatriate employees and with other special projects
  • Take part in a variety of projects, for example, preparing quarterly payroll calculations and global compensation gathering and reporting

Your profile

  • Bachelor or master degree in economics or related subject from an accredited college / university
  • 1-3 years experience in US (expatriate) tax in an international company, preferred in a consulting company
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in English is a must as the majority of written and spoken communication is in English
  • Aptitude for technology and used to dealing with competing priorities
  • Flexible and able to work independently
  • Energetic, responsible and dedicated person with an eye for detail
